The location, close to Great Zimbabwe, is unbeatable. Staff was very helpful, especially in assisting us to arrange transportation from hotel to Masvingo and then to Bulawayo. Room has only bath tub but no shower. A shower may be more convenient for some.

I would not recommend this hotel! Worst thing was, that they turn the electricity off for the night to save it. So they announce they have air conditioning, but you cant't use it. When we stayed there was no electricity at night from 1 until 5, so all that time we stayed awake sweating in the heat. The windows can't be opened because of the monkeys and lack of mosquito nets and there are no fans either. There was also no towels in our room and we had to go separately to ask for them. Staff was not very helpful in anything.

As business travelers we were not prepared to arrive at this Hotel late at night, 8pm to be exact, after driving very long distances only to be told that our 8x executive rooms were no longer available after we had received confirmation on email 2 weeks in advance. To make matters worse, the Reservationist a Mr. Brian Masunda unapologetically told us off to go to a nearby hotel instead not taking into account that one of the business travelers was allergic to thatched roof. After some time explaining to the hotel staff how they heavily inconvenienced us by allocating our rooms to other guests without notifying us, still we did not receive an apology,. We reluctantly left the place and luckily found alternative accommodation. I would not recommend business travelers to this place.

Stayed at the campsite part due to limited budget and had a very nice experience. Site seemed secure with modern tents and very comfortable beds. Site is clean, well maintained and walking distance to Great Zimbabwe. Pool is also available.

We stayed one night at this hotel as part of our tour with Sunway Safari's. The room we had was old but spacious and was clean enough. The bathroom shower leaked to the point the water covered all the floor. The bar did not keep any change so had to pay correct money and the restaurant food was quite good.

The location is perfect to visit Great Zimbabwe. The rooms had been recently renovated. The property is nicely kept, though not super family friendly. The restaurant doesn’t serve dinner until 7, which doesn’t work for families with young children. There’s a nice pool, but the playground equipment was old and unsafe - there was broken glass under the swings. We found the à la carte menu expensive and service slow. Though there was only one other table (of two) in the restaurant it took nearly an hour for chicken fingers from the kids menu to be served. More family-friendly service hours and faster food service needed to cater to families visiting the monuments.

I'm surprised this hotel is more highly ranked given how clean, modern and lovely the property was. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The premises were super clean and peaceful, especially as the sun began to set and the animals came out to forage. Would absolutely stay here if we are ever in the area again. Breakfast is pricey. Dinner was just fine for a la carte though the buffet side starts way too late. Tourists don't want to wait until 7pm to eat, they are up early to do a full day of activities, come back, eat and go to sleep.

A Well located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Dinner was good but breakfast concentrated too much on quantity and not enough on quality. Staff were helpful throughout and it is in a very convenient location for visiting the ruins.

I really enjoyed my stay. The rates are so favourable. The breakfast is beyond measure. Would visit again in the near future. Keep up the perfect job. the staff team is well trained. The signage is ok
