Good location. Asked them for hairdryer twice, 2 days but didn’t deliver. Regular laundry - before 12pm pick up will return next day morning. I gave at 11am, suddenly they call me said that my laundry will be return next 2 days.

It is our first time to book at Azumi and we definitely want to schedule our next family vacation here.
What I love about this hotel is the view and amenities they offer, the cleanliness and hospitality of all the staff. It is also accessible to alot of restaurants/café and grocery which Is located at Molito Lifestyle Center near the hotel.
This is perfect for family, close friends and lovers who wants to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city even just for a day because of the ambience it gives at the penthouse infinity pool which is open until 12 midnight..
Luckily, we get a discounted room good for 3 families. Hoping to get another lowest price for our next family vacation here.
Overall we love our 2days and 1night stay at the hotel so I would rate it 5/5💖

I can say it's so amazing swimming pool. I love it. Room very clean and the bed comfortable to sleep. The staff so friendly.... Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

Our time in Azumi was wonderful!
First, They respond to my requests as quickly as possible. Second, For guests who were traveling with infants, the hotel's hygiene was outstanding. Last, MANY THANK YOU TO GEO, JV, SOFIA, GELA, JANELA, LOUIE, AND ALFIE.
Ps: I am grateful to housekeeping for their excellent service. I'll let my friends know about this hotel.

Stayed here plenty of times. This round, they didn’t even bother to clean my room? After so tired and exhausted whole day, get back to room at night and see that my room was still a mess. Always have to call the receptions to get housekeeping in the middle of the night. Sometimes they didn’t even bother to refill the water, amenities and just getting worse.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here and this is the only hotel available in the Alabang area that has a balcony and we did not expect the huge balcony or terrace. It's not a big hotel and the parking is quite challenging but all is good and worth it. Thank you! We will be back!
