Premier Inn London Leicester Square

We were very disappointed with the hotel stay which turned out to be very short. We were expecting a high quality hotel, especially considering the very not cheap price of the rooms. In practice, We ended up at a minus medium very dirty hotel. The entrance from the street is very uninviting, and the reception is on the second floor. The standard double room is very small and uncomfortable, but the Premier Plus room is nicer. Everything is dwarfed by the fact that the level of maintenance is poor, to say the least. We intended to stay at the hotel for a week. In practice, we had to leave after two days, because both elevators were not working. One of the elevators didn't work in the first place, and the other one broke down after a day, and they couldn't fix it for 24 hours. In fact, we were prisoners in the room for a whole day, since we couldn't physically go down and up four floors, and the staff didn't care so much that they didn't even bother to clean our room, even though we asked. It is recommended to stay away and look for another place.

Провели с друзьями неделю в этой гостинице. В общем впечатления остались очень хорошими. Если отмечать по пунктам то Плюсы: 1. Месторасположение прекрасное :Чайна Таун за углом,Ковен Гарден 5-10 минут пешком, Сохо 5-10 мин. пешком, Букингемский дворец 15 минут пешком и так далее.Метро 100 метров (прямая ветка из Хитроу). 2. Обслуживающий персонал отличный. Всегда с улыбкой, всегда готов помочь. 3. Номера "Премьер Плюс" современные, нормальных размеров, выглядят после ремонта, современная душевая с хорошим тропическим душем, отличная кровать с удобным матрасом и подушками (единственное немного высоковата), комнаты очень тихие (у нас окна выходили во двор). 4. Завтраки хорошие и 2 видов :полный английский и континентальный. Минусы: 1.2 лифта, которые часто ломаются. Был момент (пол дня) когда не работали оба. Так как мы жили на третьем этаже, то нам было не критично, но друзья жили на восьмом и это , уже, проблема. 2. В комнатах очень низкие потолки. Сначала немного давило, потом привыкли и не обращали внимание.

Ya habiamos ido en 2020 y le hubiera puesto 5 estrellas. Pero esta vez fue regular, una habitacion familiar con las camas todas pegadas una a otra, no era para 4 personas. Poca presion de agua, que no fue un inconveniente mayor porque estabamos todo el dia afuera, pero demoraba en cargar el inodoro horas, el agua de la ducha a ciertas horas casi dejaba de salir. De 2 ascensores 1 fuera de servicio. Igual la localizacion, insonorizacion , el staff, y comodidad de las camas ( las normales no las agregadas) son puntos muy importantes a tener en cuenta, y en eso realmente en mi opinion a ese precio no tiene competencia.

Struttura scelta per la posizione, praticamente nel cuore di Londra. Esci dalla hotel e sei in Leicester Square. Raggiungibili a piedi Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham palace, etc Stazione metro a 2 minuti a piedi, struttura un po' vecchiotta ma essendo di catena Premier Inn si va abbastanza sul sicuro per gli standard inglesi. Prezzo medio alto e colazione da pagare a parte, circa 8 sterline a persona per la continentale .

Quarto inicialmente destinado a nós: bem pequeno, porém o ótimo funcionário/gerente Fernando nos ajudou muito trocando a opção inicial por um bem melhor, da mesma categoria. Ambos sem frigobar e sem telefone para contato com a recepção. Café da manhã inglês, muito bom. Wifi inicialmente muito instável, mas, de novo, a intervenção do Fernando a tornou muito melhor. O chuveiro alterna quente/frio, numa variação que irrita quem está no banho. A localização é excelente, bem próxima ao Soho, aos teatros e em plena Leicester Square, foco de animação quase o tempo todo. O custo para nós, brasileiros, é alto, mas equivalente ou inferior aos demais hotéis da área de mesma categoria.

Absolutely terrible! I had some international clients over who had to wait for 3 hours to get their rooms after a long journey as apparently there was a payment issue with the agency that booked it. They haven't even been offered a coffee or a glass of water! I was then promised that the invoice will be sent to me after the checkout and surprise, I haven't received it! It's been months since I am trying to obtain it by sending emails and calling, but surprise again, no one is responding. I need to probably go there myself in person to obtain it. Terrible service, definitely DON'T RECOMMEND!

Wanted somewhere near where i was visiting some tourist areas do very useful. Excellent in service and breakout let down by room being bit old and needing fixing Recommended if you need a please to stay but needs renovation

Great location right on Leicester Square. Very expensive for a Premier Inn, but I guess that because of the location. The room was tiny. So small it was a squeeze to go past the end of the bed. There is minimal room for hanging clothes and no drawers at all. Bed was fairly small too. They don't clean/service the room unless you specifically request this at reception. No phone in the room and reception desk is on the 2nd floor, so its a bit of a pain to go find someone to ask for a service which just gets done at every other hotel without me having to think about it. Generally not what you expect from a Premier Inn anywhere else in the country. Considering the high price, I'm sure there are better places reasonably nearby within this price bracket.
