Popped in here for lunch after visiting Olympus. Seated quickly, despite being busy and promptly handed a menu. The order was efficiently taken at the table. I ordered fish finger sandwiches in brown bread. Tasted delicious. Food was served quickly and without fuss.

My friend and I popped in for late lunch following a visit to an exhibition at Olympia. The food was tasty and well presented, but could have done with a fraction more seasoning. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bar was well stocked.

Popped in for lunch . I’m a chef of 40 yrs in the kitchen and visiting Olympia across the road . Keeping it short here . Garlic mushrooms with tarragon aioli £5 , reality = one small to medium sized open mushroom with a smear of salad cream , a sprig of wilted watercress . Sharers , nachos , melted cheese , fresh guacamole , salsa , sour cream . Reality = a plate of dried cheap packet nachos with a cold clump of cheese in the middle . Really bad , outrageous really 😡

Fantastic customer service and warm friendly staff who made our stay to visit Queens Club Service just perfect. They went out of their way to deliver a delicious breakfast and on a night we were tired after a full day of tennis, we requested room service which was fulfilled no problem and delicious food was delivered to our room. It made our day. Beautiful comfortable spacious luxury twin room with quality beverages and toiletries. A fan kept our room cool. Great location opposite Olynpia. just 14 minutes walk from Barons Court tube station and 3 mins from Kensington Olynpia ( only available on weekends and bank holidays) No 9 bus takes you to Green Park, Picadillu Circus, Covent Garden etc right to Aldwych Thank you Hand and Flower for making our stay such a memorable one.

Lovely place to visit london from. Well located. Breakfast was A1 very good indeed. Rooms were larger than normal and the bed linen was very clean and comfortable. Everything about the stay was just right, and the hosts were very welcoming. A pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

I cannot recommend this pub/hotel highly enough. Location was perfect for Olympia (my reason for travel was attending a 2 day even there), the team were all helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, including offering to hold my luggage and help me up to my room (as no lift). The room (a 2nd floor twin facing Olympia) was also a very good size, excellently equipped (lovely drinks, comfy chair, spacious desk) and amazingly soundproof from both the road and train right outside, and the pub downstairs. The breakfast was possibly the best English breakfast I've ever had, and the coffee just superb. On top of that the stay was excellent value for the area, and I felt safe and looked after as a lone female traveller. Would look for a reason to come and enjoy this place again, and ideally have time to try to food too next time if the breakfast is anything to go by!

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and very welcoming. The room itself is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It’s worth bearing in mind, the family room is on the top floor so there are a lot of stairs to climb! Wasn’t a problem for us but I could imagine, this might be difficult for families with babies or young children. The main issue we had was how hot the room was! It was actually unbearable! I’ve never known anything like it. This room has the tiniest window and no air con. The room did have a fan and an air conditioning unit, which worked for 5 minutes and then went hot! It’s a shame the hotel do not make this clear on their website before booking. I’m unable to comment as to whether their other rooms have the same issue but I would not recommend their family room during the summer.
