Excellent location right on Kensington high st. Near the metro station and lots of bus stops around. There's a waitrose right beside it which was just great and convenient. Walking distance from Notting Hill and Hyde Park. Staff were very friendly. We had a 2-br unit which was huge and clean. Complete kitchen equipment for cooking.
The only downside was the timing, full renovation was going on at the entrance. They had to fully close it halfway our stay and we had to enter/exit through the basement parking which made it a bit of a hassle. Also, after check out, needed to use the toilet which apparently they didn't have. The staff merely told me "No toilet", shrugged and offered no alternatives whatsoever. This was before an hour & a half car ride to the airport so imagine my torture. If this was the case, having no public toilet, you should be prepared to have alternatives (e.g. where the nearest public toilet is at). The staff didn't offer help, they just told me "try the restaurants around".

Très belle résidence hôtelière, très calme, très propre avec de grandes chambres, grand salon, belles salles de bains. La résidence est située juste à côté d’un supermarché avec des produits de très bonnes qualités pour des prix raisonnables, ce qui est vraiment très pratique pour pouvoir se préparer à manger ou pour le petit déjeuner. La résidence est situé à seulement 50 mètres des arrêts de Bus et à seulement 300 mètres du métro. Le quartier est très calme et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité : Japonais, Indien, italien, Hamburger, etc.

Un appartement immense, très propre, à proximité de tout. Nous avons apprécié les 2 nuits passées à cette adresse, très pratique. L’accueil est sympathique, sauf pour les fumeurs ;) Une bouteille d’eau , des peignoirs et des pantoufles nous attendaient.

Fantastic apar**ent accomodation. Situated in a private, secure area in High St the apar**ent had everything, it was modern, clean and had a great kitchen. Stayed with husband and 2 teenagers, enough space for everyone. 2 great cafes nearby for breakfast Meagan’s and Gail’s. Tube and buses on High St in walking distance. Wonderful staff on reception especially Andriana. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Fantastic apar**ent, fantastic location. Friendly staff. Can't ask for much more. All top quality, modern amenities. Big advantage with air-conditioning available. Parking reasonable by central London standards. Travelled with old parents and a toddler. No issues whatsoever. Will be back soon!

The location was very nice, the apar**ent's and building were also very clean, well kept and comfortable. The staff were very good and helpful especially Dennis and David at the reception. All in all it was worth the choice.

The lodging space was perfect for our multi-generational party of 4. Lots of comfortable space, two baths, laundry, and exceptional service from reception staff. It's a 20-30 minute cab ride to main attractions but very close to the train station. Also lots of nearby restaurants and an Amazon grocery store.

We were guests in a 2 bedroom apar**ent at the Monarch House from 21 March to 3 April and the entire experience from booking the apar**ent to check-out was truly amazing. Want to thank Kisma, Davide and the wonderful reception and house keeping staff for being such wonderful and accommodating hosts! The apar**ent was probably the most spacious and well equipped serviced apar**ent I have stayed in. Loads of storage and hot water pressure … bliss! With supermarkets and specialist grocers situated along High Street Ken, we had everything we needed for a 2 week stay away from home. Thank you very much Monarch House team. We will be returning!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay for a London trip. Great Location (very handy for museums and Imperial College and extremely comfortable apar**ent. Apar**ent was very quiet and relaxing. The staff were great too. Nothing to fault and will book again in future.
