-With one sentence to describe: “Never had such a sincere holiday experience before.” Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and ready to help even without asking. We really felt home. I wish we could have stayed longer. -The location of the hotel is very good. You do not climb so many stairs and can easily reach to main attractions by walking. -The view of the hotel is fantastic. You can have a whole glimpse of the city. -Room was exceptionally clean and all the amenities were new. -Very good breakfast. Although Chinese style, we really liked it. What is more, they offer fresh roasted coffee with breakfast! -When we came back to our room in the evening, they offered some fruits and biscuits, so lovely. -You do not need to make plans before coming here, as the friendly owners and staff will gladly do it for you 👏🏻 -Last but not least, they do everything to make your holiday perfect.

在網上搜了很多家酒店，做了比較。到了之後發現和之前客人點評的一樣： 1. 客棧位置超好，就在4號風雨橋上面一點點，進出方便 2.客棧景色好，可以看到苗寨無敵夜景，可以媲美觀景台。 3. 客棧設施超好，衞生乾淨，洗浴是新西蘭進口，智能設施，超級喜歡陽台搖椅。早上邊欣賞晨景邊吃早餐，晚上喝喝啤酒🍺，泡泡腳，心情舒暢。 4. 所有的服務員都態度超好，全程管家服務。推薦一下我們的管家小路，早早就和我們聯繫，發給停車定位，通知注意事項，在景觀車下客棧等候。基本全程服務，諮詢秒回。耐心細緻，還熱心帶我們去一家很不好找的餐廳，要爬好高…正是非常熱心機靈的一個小夥子。其他幾個服務員也都棒棒的，一直棒我們提着行李。就是不知道名字。 5. 客棧早餐雖然簡單，但非常清爽好吃。咖啡和自製麪包也不錯。非常棒的一次體驗，強烈推薦。

真情實感趕來評論！這趟旅程體驗感太太太好了！這個民宿真的不愧是4.9分無差評，可以説是我住過最好的民宿，房間乾淨衞生很大，智能家居齊全，推門就是觀景陽台超級好拍照景色絕美！必須要爆誇的是我們的管家小東！全程幫我們拿行李 我們玩的非常輕鬆愉快，他不辭辛苦帶我們租苗族衣服，給我們4個女生拍照，請我們吃當地特色美食和燒烤，堅決不收我們錢（好幾百😭）還帶我們一起玩，最後一天頂着烈日趕回來送我們，我們都太感動了！除了小東還有小金管家也很好，和我們打成一片、有求必應，還有民宿的小姐姐非常熱情甜美好客，我們一到民宿就送來一堆零食水果等等，這家店真的把服務做到了極致，把熱情好客刻在了骨子裡！真的太棒了，大家盲選這家沒有錯，可以看我發的圖裡面有我們同行朋友的朋友圈評論截圖，大家都發自內心喜歡這個民宿並且感恩在民宿裏遇到的每一個人❤️

Location is great. Rooms are clean. Butler services are excellent help us with our luggages etc. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

Hotel renovated in a nicely modern way in a wonderful village. Our room was on the seventh floor, climbing the stairs was worth it for the incredible view of the entire village that could be seen from the two large windows of the room, comfortable bed and other amenities worth 5 stars. But the best thing about our stay was the staff who were very kind and efficient throughout our stay and during the transfers by picking us up from the train station and taking care of our luggage. A special thanks to Xiao Jin who, despite the language barrier, always managed to communicate with us and offer us all kinds of sincere help!

Very nice room with AMAZING view. You can see the whole village from the balcony. Our butler (Ah Hua) is the best. He is a very nice person and willing to help you everything you ask for. Before arriving, he communicated with our driver to take us to the right spot (Entrance) and once we arrived he was waiting for greeting us at the parking lot and took care all our luggages. He also recommended sightseeing spots and restaurant (foods that you should try here).

Extremely attentive service, the team is very careful, helped us to arrange the transfer and the tickets. The location is also very convenient, the hotel has a panoramic view, we also got a room upgrade. The breakfast is delicious, home-made food
