Premier voyage à Lanzhou, on dit que c'est le troisième hôtel de luxe, il y a un parking souterrain, un bon service, l'environnement peut, l'expérience est bonne, peut-être que l'emplacement est la raison, le prix est petit, l'hôtel environnant n'a pas connu , donc je ne connais pas le rapport qualité/prix

La chambre était incroyable ! Le lit était moelleux, le chauffage et la climatisation étaient immédiats. La vue était magnifique. Très bon service. La salle de bain était impeccable. Livré avec des compartiments séparés pour la douche, les toilettes et la baignoire. Mon seul petit problème était l'eau de la baignoire lors du remplissage. Il ne faisait pas assez chaud. J'ai dû faire bouillir de l'eau en utilisant la bouilloire plusieurs fois pour maintenir l'eau de la baignoire à une température utilisable. Mais je n'ai jamais essayé d'appeler la réception pour leur demander d'augmenter la température de l'eau. Peut-être que ça l'aurait arrangé. L'hôtel est au centre de la ville et il y a plein de bons restaurants et magasins à distance de marche. Il existe également de nombreux mobikes que vous pouvez utiliser si vous voulez voir la ville à un rythme plus lent !

First visit to Lanzhou and while I enjoyed the city - the hotel was far overpriced (Double Room - Executive Floor). Paying "Shanghai" prices in Lanzhou in Winter just seems crazy. For the price, I was expecting a 5-star experience, which it wasn't.
The executive lounge was comfortable, but not well stocked with drinks or snacks. The main lobby has some kind of 'perfume' or fragrance in the air, which was unpleasant. The guest room was excessively warm, even with the windows open.
HIGH POINT - Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. And the breakfast staff excellent. Housekeeping staff also very friendly, and helpful.

一開始擔心酒店開得太久會舊，所以打算先去看房間再決定，我凌晨才到的酒店，完全感覺不出開了10年了，前台黨先生還很友善的帶我去看房間，房間維護的太好了，根本不用擔心，標準的五星酒店，高級大氣，性格比超高，服務態度又好，還給我升級了行政樓層，非常好的體驗！

酒店位置好，機場大巴到達酒店對面，去機場就在酒店門口可坐。邊上就是萬達廣場，熱鬧。酒店服務好，前台還給升級了行政樓層。但是房間真的很熱，另外建議酒店的吹風機更新一下，不符合酒店檔次。健身房很好，設施很多，就是不應該提供桶裝飲水機水，這個飲水機水不衞生。

房間不錯，很萬達。洗浴用品居然還是acca kappa 有點驚喜。選這個酒店最大的好處就是機場大巴停靠點。從機場方向過來停在酒店旁邊的十字路口，走過來五分鐘。從酒店去機場的大巴就停在酒店門口路邊的大巴站台，很方便，那邊還有公司人員指引，西北人的熱情。大巴到機場大概一小時。
