The hotel still brand new and still in the soft opening period, that explained no 24 hours room service and short service time in some of the outlets but it’s was really good stayed, the staff was really helpful and informative specially the lady who help me during the check in time, really professional (sorry forgot to ask the name), the breakfast also really good with various option including some locals delicacies, definitely will be back again.

I have stay for a few days for a business trip at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. And special thanks to Jean at the front office who helped us a lot during our stay. The breakfasts were amazingly yummy and had various options. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. High five for the hotel cleanliness! I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the one who want to go to Kupang. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Good hotel, the technology really helpfull, i stayed 2 nights, the service was nice, the food tasty, the location near by everything in kupang, thankyou to front office who gave such excelent service, wish i could come back again in the future, The pool is so nice view for sunset!

This is the third time I and my family have been to Harper Kupang. The pool is really nice and makes you want to swim with the children. The rooms are still okay and clean, and now the facilities at Harper Kupang have increased, including a SPA and GYM. Mankin Great, Harper Kupang

This facility was a 10+. The hospitality was awesome. Givemy room an upgrade and fresh fruit , was very much appreciated. The in-room amenities (towel warmer, robe/slippers, bath sheets for towels, night light in the bathroom, kettle machine set-up with coffee/decaf, creamer, real cups/saucers/spoons) was truly amazing. And, the front desk had a converter to lend me when mine went out. In addition, this was the only room that had a queen bed with room to still walk around the bed. The breakfast was truly wonderful. There was an amazing buffet in addition to a menu that I could choose from for a hot-cooked egg dish. The location was perfect. Just a block from the Metro and right in the center of town.

Perfect location in city center. A very good hotel with a swimming pool, SPA facilities and a brand new gadget name google nest. Rooms are clean and comfortable also smell good. The staff are very nice and profesional. We had a wonderful family vacation and we will probably come back here again.

I really amazed with this hotel, staff very friendly since i arrive at lobby, they welcome me and escort me to the room and explain very detailed about hotel facilities. Room is clean and super cozy. Food in the restaurant is very delicious and reasonable price. Very recommended for people who wants to visit Kupang, NTT. Definitely will be back soon
