Service is really good. Staff is really attentive and loved their hospitality. Food is yum and healthy. As I am in kota now will keep coming for the food. My kids really enjoyed the kids special menu and it is value for money. Only part where I felt little bit lacking is washroom.

Lilac is the best choice in kota, Staff at front desk is very helpful,all other staff is also very friendly and cooperative. Food was really very good.all our request was fulfilled without any fuss.one day we were late of dinner but on one request they served us food in our room at 11:30 pm. Highly recommend it.

I visited Kota and checked in Lilac. I got a very warm welcome with staff dressed in very good grey colour jackets and white shirts. Each guest for any service is greeted with a smile and Namaskar. The check in experience is good, Rooms are very clean and well kept. AC in each room is good. Food choice is exceelent. It is close to Railway station and facing main road. No parking issues. Tariffs are quiest reasonable. Every staff memeber is polite, well ***nered and humble. They listen to you with a smile and deliver the services. My stay was short but would like to thank Madhu, Khushi, Aakankhsha hemendra Sourabh. Look forward to visting again

Good hotel with nice food. Restaurant offers amazing and exiting food breakfast and service is also delicious . Amazing people on reception smooth onboarding . Really great location and plenty of space for parking . Room size and bath is small

Hotel Rooms are clean and well illuminated but the thing I like the most is the food. Food taste is very good. In breakfast there is sufficient variety and options are available. Hotel staff well trained and polite in nature. Location is near to Kota junction railway station.

Excellent food and service. The staff is friendly and well trained. The cigar rolls and Thai curry was delicious. I had informed them about my Nani's b'day so they planned a complimentary cake with crown and sash. Really made our day. Must try.

One of the best hotels I have come across! The hospitality, hygiene and food is beyond the ability to be described in words. Absolutely loved it! And a must for an enthusiast looking for a good experience in Kota. Only when I thought, they could have done nothing more, they provided a complimentary drop off service to the Railway station. ( PS: I wish the hotel had to ask me to write such a positive review, it is a genuine, voluntary consequence of the amazing experience I had ;)

Best hotel stay in kota special thanks to madhu at front desk. All staff is very helpful with a smiling face. Breakfast buffet is a main highlight. Love to stay here again. Food was amazing. Special thanks to chef also. Best hotel in entire kota city.

Excellent hotel as well as food . Reception staff hospitality is excellent. Even all staff including restaurant is one of the best staff. TV & ac is well maintained condition. Bathroom is also too clean. Morning News paper is also provided by them.
