My experience at vovanta jammu is nice always..lunch is so good. ***y of varieties..spicely .paneer tikka and veg spring roll...fist time in kashmiro damaloo ..very very yummy...service also good ...Dimple ..and bhajan ..cheff youraj and bhanu ...thanks to all team.........

Best in service Best staff Names Onkar , Dimple, and bhajan they attend us very well. Best food n deserts I like the place and ambience Best dish is dal makhni n best desert is Rasmalai i visit sky bar and i feel it very good place to dine in Valet parking staff is good

Hi All 1.Smoothly checked In on 22 Feb and was welcomed with a lot of warmth by a very genial, GM Mr Ujjwal and the Front Office team led by Mr Rajinder. 2.Observations on the accommodation and house-keeping are placed below :- (a) Found the blue colour carpets in the room to be rather garish. (b) Housekeeping supervision needs to be more detailed. Closing down of ironing services at 1900 hrs was strange for sure. (c) Design of the bathing space next to the bath tub is arguably the worst in terms of functionality and hygiene. 3.Observations on F n B services (a) Limited but well prepared buffet. (b) Made to order preparations were EXCELLENT everytime. (c) Table services effective and genuinely warm. 4.Overall,I am happy with the stay at this property finding the staff to be warm and people friendly, a statement echoed by ***y of my colleagues in the Army. Very cooperative staff especially Dimple . The Best in Jammu.The taste of food was fantastic and starters were very tasty. The way we were treated, i really appreciate that, best parking facilities, located in the heart of the city. Guys don't miss visiting this place.

Excellent service by this hotel staff . Specially staff Vandana sharma , Bhushan did great job in cleaning n room maintenance. Laundary and everything was good and on time delivery . Food also very good and specially Kashmiri dishes were very tasty .

I recently stayed at Vivanta Jammu and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional housekeeping service. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my room was spotless and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by their promptness and professionalism. Overall, I highly recommend Vivanta Jammu for anyone looking for a hotel with outstanding housekeeping specially from bandana sharma

Once of the best hotel properties in jammu ..... The view of gorgeous.....in Tawi Hotel facilities and food is great ...all banquet ..neat and clean staff was very courteous specially....mr Dimple..... Definitely want to come back all parties in future....... thankyou so much..
