Appalling. On 2nd night there was a RAT (MOUSE) in our friends room on the same floor 431. Having informed reception they were moved to another room on the same floor near the gym. We were helping them with moving stuff- on my entering 420 room I spotted movement of something running across, I informed the staff member who was helping with the move (think it was Amit). He was on the floor looking under the bed with his torch when the RAT darted out from under the bed and ran across the room. HI screamed and jumped on the bed. This is a total heath and safety issue. The hotel has a a rat infestation. This was the end of our holiday- the rest of the stay we could not settle and had a sleepless night. We were not happy to even dine in the restaurant as the kitchen could also be a health issue. On questioning another member of staff we understand that this hotel had a rat issue- why was nothing done about it? The hotel should be CLOSED, pest control and safety issues dealt with. It HAS to be cleared by health officials before being opened to guests.

Our friends who booked independently via another booing site have taken photographs which they will be forwarding. We felt absolutely sick on leaving the hotel and the rest of our stay in Jaipur was marred by this experience as we were suffering from sickness and diarrhoea.
We de***d a full REFUND ON OUR STAY as it was a horrifying experience and was a risk to our health.

Very kind and polite staff. Great location. There is a swimming pool at the rooftop but couldn’t use during the day since there is no shade and closes at 7pm.

I visited Jaipur and checked in Sunday. I got a very warm welcome and check in was facilitated in less than a minute. Each guest for any service is greeted with a smile and Namaskar. The check in experience is good, Rooms are very clean and well kept and very spacious with big windows giving a good view of city on eone side and Nahargarh Fort from the room occupied by me. Hotel has centralised AC with control in each room is good. Food choice is exceelent. It is close to Railway station as well as Airport and facing main road. No parking issues. Tariffs are quiest reasonable. Every staff memeber is polite, well ***nered and humble. They listen to you with a smile and deliver the services. My stay was short but would like to thank each one. I have visited this hotel earlier when it was a part of ITC. The standards are maintained by the ****agement and the team. The quality and variety of food is too good. Look forward to visting again

One of the best hotel, jethu and Monika on reception were amazing. On the trip my wife and son (infant) fell ill and the hotel took care of our rest, did room cleaning as and when we needed it

It was superb experience, we stay there for 2 night everything was excellent restaurant ambiance was amazing, services was excellent and food also , special I like Mt.Pavan behaviour, we feel like a home so nice person, nice hospitality keep it well done,

Excellent place to chill. Very nice and comfortable rooms, super good and massive breakfast buffet, Roof top swimming pool, multi functional gym and a loaded bar. and the best part is the location. I spend a weekend with my family and it was fun.
