設施、衞生、服務都很滿意，尤其是放在床上的睡衣都幫我們疊得整整齊齊的，很感動；其次交通便利，離地鐵站不遠，巴士、的士就從酒店門前經過；第三，就餐方便，附近就是地道的茶餐廳，本地人就餐得多，小小的茶餐廳，即使坐滿了人，都是安安靜靜的。整體環境很好，以後住酒店就選這裏了，強烈推薦。

房間很大，像內地的面積，傢俱配套完善，應該是一個有情懷的老闆裝修的，梳粧台衣櫃冰箱保險櫃桌子等等你能想到的都有，到了給人家的感覺，還配有轉換插頭，必須贊一個！前台服務親切及時，普通話溝通，給人賓至如歸的感覺，周邊熱鬧，叮叮車站就在酒店大門，附近商店、銀行、餐廳、綜合體商場配套完善，最關鍵是去海邊公園和港大都很近，有興趣還可以通過港大後山去爬太平山，上山時間大約2小時，比排隊纜車🚠節約時間。唯一不理想的是退房時間太早了，上午11點，如果不續住有點匆忙，希望酒店考慮推遲到正常時間中午12點退房，總的還是不錯，推薦入住

已經入住過不下10次
本人在套房內熟睡中。在廳內有開電視，有手袋有鞋
矇瀧間有入闖入房間，職員說是house keeping ，要換沙發。
睡到一半也想不到什麼就說好。但事後發現他們很不專業。
後來向經理投訴，他表示換沙發合情合理，沒表示歉意。
第一，有人入住的房間要更換沙發，不是應該先致電房屋或在門口詢問嗎？
我聽到house keeping這2字，他們已經進入房間了！
請問，如果我剛洗完澡，裸著，或者在進行其他活動，也這樣衝進來合理嗎。
再者，我手袋都放著，個人物品完全完沒保障。
跟經理投訴，他說是我同意他們換完沙發，我的確睡一半被人衝入來喊house keeping吵醒，但我不同意被入衝進來我的房間。
經理還表示，個人物品保障都是講個信字！
好好笑！還真的第一次遇到這樣的事，不道歉，不表示抱歉。
香港遊遊業越來越差是有原因的。
想入住的朋友們也好好考慮一下，
會有人衝進房間，經理還理直氣壯

服務很差勁，房間很差勁，跟國內80塊錢賓館差不多，我訂了人民幣差不多一千塊。打出租車忘記拿港幣了跟前台説先借用100港幣，我微信掃給他都不同意，衹能跑去路上跟別人借用也是微信掃給別人了

第1次碰到這樣的酒店，住不夠7天不打掃。（ 每天都不做衞生工作。）房租 突然長三倍，卻不做任何服務。

My room was spacious and comfortable, featuring an incredibly cozy bed and modern bathroom amenities. The cleanliness was impeccable. The window offered a beautiful view of the city, which was a joy to wake up to. Location: The hotel is centrally located, close to many famous attractions and business districts. Overall, its location makes exploring Hong Kong remarkably easy. Service: Every staff member demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a warm service attitude. alue for Money: Given its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service, I found my stay to be good value for money. While the price was slightly on the higher side, considering everything offered, I found it to be a worthwhile investment for the experience provided.
