Laguna grand is a beautiful and luxury hotel, i love the amenities and the room, but the only one things that they needed improve is room cleanliness, the room floor is quite dusty, especially the balcony, u needed to wear shoes to step out to balcony, otherwise u will bring the dust into the room.
Signage in hotel needed more also.

Although the location is far from downtown, but the hotel room is so comfort, clean and spacious. The tranquil environment is good for relax, calm and peaceful rest. It is also close to Ko Yo island which has lots of seafood restaurant. Overall it is worth for the stay and I will certainly stay here for next trip.

The hotel is suitable for relax and family vacation. Good ambience and kids enjoy the pools. There is no shop in walking distance but there are 7-11 in Petrol station about 1.5km away.

All staff are very kind and friendly exclude receptionist at front desk..a bit rude when explaining to guest for check in process

The hotel boasts a pleasant exterior and thoughtful touches like birthday decor and cards. The engaging activities, including a memorable boat ride on children's day, were highlights. The breakfast variety was enjoyable. However, cleanliness and maintenance need attention, with reported issues of black mold on the toilet and podium.
