Staff here are young cheerful, great services. Went extra efforts to provide extra support to us. 1 of the staff even went out when she saw we go to the wrong bus stop, she bring us to the correct locations. One of the night, we came back raining, the reception staff came with tissues for us to dry our wet clothings & even make ginger tea to our rooms.

Room is very clean and comfortable. Service staff from reception to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff is very friendly and went out of the way to help me with packages. There is also supper at night with good laundry service!

Front desk service staff has extended excellent customer service and has given me a free room upgrade. Other than the excellent service from all staff, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and ambiance of this hotel. Location is convenient as it is very near to a subway station. I will definitely come back again during my next visit to guangzhou.
