for the first time in my entire life and travel experience, I am writing a really negative review.
I am very upset with the work of the reception staff!!!!I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, I had a hard day and I was very tired.I parked my car at the main entrance at 9.50pm, There were no signs forbidding parking .After registration, I went up to my room, took a shower, 40 minutes passed and I went to bed at 10.50pm. At 12 midnight phone is ring and girl from reception ask me to re-park a Car!!!!! I told her that I'm already sleep and I won't do it. after that, they came to my room, woke me and my children up! and they forced me to re-park the car. I repeat, there were no signs banning parking there! And 2 hours have passed since my arrival!!!

Overall was excellent except the sound proof was bad as the other room closed or opened door. It create a bang noise. Was awake by the bang while sleeping. Next of the hotel there’s an eating street which is excellent.

Excellent location...great breakfast and the room had fantastic amenities including an iron, ironing board and lots of tea and water.

All in all a decent hotel for the price. Nice views of the park from the 13th floor. Great staff and a really good breakfast. The coffee was very good, nice and strong. Room was very clean. The only downside was the lack of privacy as the WC does not have a door. So hygiene and privacy was not taken into account by the designers. And the reading light is on one side of the bed. Light ambience in the room is also not so good. Either bright lighting or very low lighting. No Inbetween.
Still a great stay for 1 night.

🚗 交通：非常方便。
🧹衞生：乾淨整齊。
🍃環境：整體非常好。
🔔服務：電梯間放了礦泉水，入住客人可以隨手拿，比較貼心，攜程上顯示3點以後才能入住，我們上午過來就可以辦入住，省去很多等待的麻煩。
下次還會選擇萬楓酒店。

因工作需要入住到萬楓酒店，住了一晚，真的沒有選錯，體驗感滿分💯下次來還住這裏。周邊交通很方便，近商圈，逛街吃東西都很方便，對面就是天河公園，還可以去散步。開車來也是爆贊，後面就有免費停車場。

開車來到門口 看了半天沒看見酒店專用停車場的門口（標識不清 1） 還好保安及時過來指揮 停車場到酒店大堂的標識不清 看了半天才找到停車場進酒店的門（標識不清 2） 希望儘快改進
房間窗外景色很好 臨窗就是天河公園園景了 地理位置優越
淋浴設施品牌是萬豪旗下特色 很好用
床很舒服
空調系統還不錯 房間沒有異味
木地板沒有灰塵好評
整體體驗不錯 好評（望改進停車場標識）

We stayed here for Canton Fair and it was very close to the complex, like a 12-15 minute ride in the bus provided by the hotel. Staff was kind, room was good and breakfast was tasty.
