Nasty place, there are blood stains on the floor and they make you make your own bed but that’s not the worst of it. Make sure not to come here they told me the price for 2 nights was 198$ with tax but checked my bank account and they charged me 400$ for 2 nights. Well I checked out the same night I checked in.

I am not want to complain, but I stayed here multiple times and this last time my stay was very unpleasant. The rooms were not clean they weren’t sanitary. The mirrors were dirty. They gave you one of each towel for a double room. I had no Kleenex. There was boxes, in the hallways, there was plywood in the stairwell there was plywood leaned up against the wall numbers were taped on the rooms have the rooms the doors it is shut all the way my room smell like mildew and then when it came time for breakfast they were out of everything all they had was juice and then when it came to the staff, you didn’t know if it was staff or someone staying there because they were not in uniform. It just was a very unpleasant stay.

If I could select zero for a rating, I would hit it 1000 times! This is got to be the worst, most disgusting motel I have ever seen in my life! I’ve worked in hospitality for years, and I would never even work at a place this disgusting! The floors are stained, stinky, and just absolutely disgusting! The walls have blood spatter on them, there is blood on the bedding, or what looks to be a blood. It looks as if they have never dusted. The ceiling fan is so corroded! I don’t even know how this place gets any business or is even open looking the way it does! I think the health inspector needs a call come do an inspection! Do not waste your time or money coming here I literally want to vomit!

Floor was not as clean as we would like. Otherwise, bedding and bath facilities were quite nice. Desk people were courteous and helpful. Location was more secluded than most hotels, but easy to get to and near shopping and restaurants. Being away from traffic noise was very much appreciated.

Hotel is old, dirty, moldy and filthy. Stay away from this place. I had to change room twice. Everything is dirty. Breakfast has nothing to eat. Do not go there. The only good thing about this place is price but you will be better of to spend few more $$ and stay somewhere else.

Door in stair well on 1st floor has broken latch, No way to keep nonpaying persons out of motel. Unseeable from front desk. Persons could enter at any time without knowledge of front desk after hours. Room was not the best. Grout in floor was missing in several places. Toilet looked like it had been slid to the side 1/2". Bath towels were small

Our stay was for both business and pleasure. We had a weekend event where we were a vendor at over in Pecatonica and very close friends of ours from the Chicago area came over to visit us Saturday evening. The staff was very accommodating in opening the breakfast area, making fresh coffee, and allowing us to visit as long as we desired in the breakfast area. With the building doing some remodeling and all of the outside seating put away we would probably have had to meet in a bar setting which we preferred not to. Great service.

This a great hotel that is very family friendly and will go above and beyond to meet the needs of all the guests while making sure that the safety and privacy is safeguard. The managers and workers are very helpful.

Very low budget hotel. On checkin, the room was dirty with old dog poop or dried up mud in the room…I didn’t investigate that closely. And dead bugs in the room. Also huge stains on carpet and blanket
