Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eunice

Upon check in, i was actually pleasantly surprised by the condition of the front entrance and the young men working the front desk. Even the room was better than expected, although dated. The best surprise was that there was no moldy smell as it was when I last stayed years ago. The problem came on Sunday morning, the day of checking out. I was in town for a funeral which was already very emotional to say the least. We knew check out was @ 11:00. We were finishing packing and exactly at 11:00, a very loud, strong knock on the door and a voice say”manager front desk” happened twice before my fiancé could answer as i was in the bathroom. When she opened the door he had a bad, unpleasant look saying “time to checkout”, she replied we know we’re about done. She then let the door go and it closed as all of them do. The manager then very loudly yelled “Don’t slam my door” as i was coming out of the restroom. We had to take a long pause and quick prayer not to engage in his unprovoked, unprofessional nasty attitude. We have traveled the world and have never experienced anything like this. Furthermore, it’s really shameful that someone in this industry, in a place that has always had a culture of treating people with respect and dignity would act this way. It’s been at least 10 years since i stayed here and now i don’t plan on returning!

The motel was great the people are wonderful. Coffee always hot and fresh rooms are clean motel is clean tge breakfast could have more in it but it's ok. Any problems they get right to it. The will help you anyway they can.

Great room and great price! Great staff !! the breakfast was a little bit more than typical days Inn. And it was good. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly, and attentive to their guest. And the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will be back.

Hotel comfortable, sink/bathroom clean. Rug stained & needed vacuuming. Decent experience until morning. Breakfast 6-9:00am. We went at 8:10 a.m. Had tea bags, no hot water, no cups. Another guest found cups and restocked. Out of bacon & eggs. Desk person said, "Both are very frozen and it would take too long to defrost." Remaining choices were carb heavy: plain bagels, packaged muffins, Fruit Loops; we left without breakfast.

This location is not renovated. The walls are dirty. The appliances are old and dirty. It smells moldy. The tub was dirty. The website stated that there was an indoor pool. There is not one. This is a 2 star motel

Dresser lights not working , 2 of the four lamps not working, phone not working, no elevators and pitiful breakfast options. Had to manually turn tv on. Only option for breakfast was toast and bagels. Fire alarm hanging off wall. Gave it a poor rating to be nice. Surely not worth $97.00 a night. Never again !!!!!!

Here for a famliy reunion. I wanted to stay in comfort only to be worried that i would be breathing in mold all night. The staff was wonderful in helping me get a better room but even that room had mold just less of it. I joined The rewards program because of this trip now i wish I had not.

Staff is so unprofessional!! Hotel 101 Management classes need to be scheduled for the entire team. Room not clean on day 2 and the Manager reply was I don’t know what happen. Back door don’t lock not safe for guest anyone can enter the Hotel throughout the night. Reward members not greeted as reward members ! Carpet smells no clean towels. But clearly you want to enforce Covid regulations but bed linen and towels are dingy in color!

If your looking for a room to book for a few days then I suggest booking here at Days inn and Suites by Wyndham in Eunice. Great prices with excellent comfort stay and great customer service. I enjoyed my time! Thank you!
