We,along with several other guests, were disturbed throughout most of the night by some terrible disturbances in another room. We could not contact reception at they were so afraid of what was going on they had locked themselves in the linen closet. In the end the police were called about 0400 and had to come out and deal with the situation. The staff should have had more back up and be trained to deal with this situation. Also the floor was giving way in our bathroom. Coupled with all of this when we went to The attached pub, The Haywain, we were treated very poorly by the staff. It was only 1025 and we were informed that there was little food left at they were coming to them end of service after they had taken the money for unlimited English and continental breakfast. This was coupled with no clean cups or mugs and an attitude from the duty manager that if it had not be so disgusting boarded on the laughably inept. I asked for a refund but he was unsure what to to do and so I am still awaiting this. I will be writing to customer services and expect a full refund for the whole stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Epsom Central, and would like thank the receptionist 'Mohamed' that welcomed us, very professional and friendly, and was always happy to help with any questions or issues we had. great stay!! Thank you

Wegen eines familiären Notfalls mussten wir auf schnellstem Weg nach England reisen. Da wir bisher in den Hotels der Premier Inn Kette immer gute Erfahrungen gesammelt hatten, buchten wir dieses Hotel. Wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Diese Hotel bedarf einer dringenden Renovierung ebenso wie der angeschlossene Pub. Der Teppichboden verströmt einen unangenehmen Geruch und müsste dringend erneuert werden, ebenso die Badezimmer (wenigstens die Armaturen). Reinigung musste extra angefordert werden - das ist sicher noch ein "Überbleibsel" der Covid Regeln, aber diese sind ja seit dem 20.02.2022 nicht mehr gültig. Diese Kritik erstreckt sich nicht auf die Mitarbeiter des Hotels und des Pubs. Diese waren wie immer sehr freundlich.

Great value two night stay, plenty of parking- clean rooms ,exactly as expected - would be happy to stay again

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much travel but the hotel both outside and rooms needs a serious makeover. The bedding, rooms and bathroom were clean but very ‘tired’ and shabby looking - not what you normally get from a Premier Inn . Such a shame because it wold be nice to give the staff 5 stars

Clean room and the waiter George in the cafe was so helpful and cheerful it was an excellent service and a good stay Thank-you and thankyou to George for an excellent breakfast 👍🏽
