我很少給酒店滿分💯，其實初入沙洲給我的感覺不是很高檔，硬件又有一點舊，但是接觸到工作人員，你的感覺馬上就不一樣了，前台有一位蹲着的小妹妹，服務特別的好，也很專業，可惜我沒有記住她的名字；餐廳有一位田楠經理，我的車鑰匙丟了，她就各個部門幫我去問、去找，雖然沒有找到，但是還是讓我覺得很感動，這個酒店的管理一定有其獨到之處。我定的是河景房，窗下的寬寬的黨河夜景很漂亮，敦煌夜市裡酒店很近，營業到凌晨兩點。出酒店向右側的主路一直走就可以到敦煌售票點，如果你在網上看到有票又不能下單，就可以去這裏碰碰運氣。參觀敦煌莫高窟每個人可以買10個特展窟，每個是200元，否則你看不到精華的部分。

老派酒店，裝修很有藝術特色，推薦住貴賓樓，房間舒服，加了床給孩子，到處都很乾凈衞生，消除了疲憊。在敦煌住兩天，爬沙丘爬的累得半死，晚上10點在餐廳點餐，菜品很好，服務也超好。早餐豐富，很多夏令營的小朋友，感覺和我們親子家庭遊也很搭，總之很快樂。停車場挺大的。酒店就在黨河邊上，有空可以散步。距離沙洲夜市1公里，步行即可，推薦去夜市逛逛。離莫高窟數字中心和月牙泉都5-6公里的樣子，開車非常方便很快就到了。

衹能算習慣性五分吧，這是一家掛牌五星酒店，位置非常好，在河邊，擁有河景，離敦煌夜市很近，周邊吃飯購物都十分方便。酒店從外觀上看也是比較宏偉的，看起來十分氣派。但是房間的設施真的比較一般，説實話達不到五星酒店的標準，跟很多四星酒店相比也衹能説不相上下。酒店服務還是不錯的，服務員很熱情，房間裏送的酸奶。

酒店位置在市中心，大堂很有敦煌的文化氣息。可能年代有點久，裝修有點舊。每天都送兩瓶酸奶，還有黃瓜面膜。服務態度熱情積極。早餐的牛肉麪不錯。冷牛奶也很棒。

This hotel has a great location. The facility is good, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had only one problem during my stay in this hotel. The hot water is only luke warm. I guess that the central heating system is too old and cannot maintain a higher temperature. This is a serous problem need to be solved.

Nice bathtub and room though a little outdated. The only issue we had is one staff member insisted on us not going to the Crescent Springs nearby because it didn’t open until 9 am even though we knew it opened at 6, and tried to convince us not to go when we asked for help buying tickets. It was very odd, it’s the main attraction there I’m sure she knows the hours. We went at 6 and it was open as always, according to baidu and the staff, enjoyed a beautiful sunrise luckily didn’t listen to front desk.

Facilities are rather poor as there was only one functioning restaurant for such a big hotel. My husband found hair on his breakfast food, but when we showed to the waitress, she didn’t care, as if it’s a normal thing. The hotel is barely considered 5 star hotel..

Absolutely beyond my expectations! The staff were so nice! We had come from a desert camping trip and they let us check in at 8am without any question, which we were so grateful for. The shower was good and the bed was soft and comfortable. This is a huge change from our previous hotel in the moon crescent area (also "5" star). Breakfast was plentiful and had options for all. They delivered yoghurt to the rooms in the afternoon. The location is great. It took 10 minutes to walk to the night market and mall. Overall, I would book this hotel over and over again! Fabulous! Thanks for a great stay!
