Booked hotel on ***********. For Sept 24-25th. When I booked the room I never got a confirmation # from booking (not sure why). When I arrived, the receptionist said that she had a reservation. So I was good to go. (Later I checked bank and the charge hit.) When I walked into room I noticed that the hotel is in bad need of repairs, in general it looks pretty run down. In the room the shower would not come on and the receptionist said you had to yank real hard. It came on finally. Hair dryer was dangling from one screw. The hotel is not exactly what I would call clean and well taken care of. The hotel is right next to highway 101, so there is also a lot of traffic noise. Upon checking out, I went to get a receipt and the receptionist and the extremely rude manager refused. I stated that I did not get one from *********** and I need a receipt as it is business travel, to no avail. I emailed them later, again asking for receipt, no response. I even include a statement from *********** that the establishment is to provide invoices to no avail. So, I would suggest going somewhere else unless you like loud noises, dirt, and rudeness. If I was the manager I would bend over backwards to assure that my customers were satisfied.
