Cowra Crest Motel

What a little gem. It had big hotel amenities and more but little price. Kitchenette, luggage rack, couch, table and chairs. A real little home away from home right in the heart of Cowra, backing onto supermarket and bottle shop. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable & close to everything you need, CBD is a short walk away, Services Club 5 mins walk. Woolies, BWS, Ampol & Bowling Club directly behind through gate, room was quite large & well appointed. Staff were friendly!

We stayed here for 4 nights with a group of 25 (bowlers and partners). We booked the whole motel and couldn’t have been happier. For many of us it was a return visit having been there in 2018 with the previous owners. I booked for all of us and right from my first contact with Jan and later Belinda and Allana the whole experience was a pleasure. They could not have been more obliging and provided us with excellent service and spotlessly clean rooms. All rooms are spacious and have a well-equipped kitchenette making it easy to make our own breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot and strong. I can honestly say I received not one negative comment from anyone in our group. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cowra Crest to others as in my opinion the quiet and convenient location, service, comfort and cleanliness levels were as close to perfect as we could have hoped for.

Friendly greeting by a lovely, courteous owner. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Special request for a comfortable lounge chair was wonderfully met by the inclusion of an electric recliner chair. Could not have asked for any better service. Our third stay here but the last was over 6 years ago under different owners. Current owners are doing a fantastic job. Thank you so much.😃

Part of a longer journey our stay was very brief but our group of 2 couples found the service, room facilities and cleanliness first class. On exploring eating option s on Sunday night, the advice was very helpful. The rating of 4+ is appropriate.

Although the room is very dated the room it was clean and ample crockery and cutlery was provided. However, the low star rating is probably an indication of the low level of service provided. I placed a card provided by management with instructions to Please Make Up My Room on the outside of our door before we left the motel for the day. I was very disappointed when we returned that evening to find the card still on the outside of the door and my request to make up our room had been totally ignored. Also, the complimentary milk and toiletries had not been replenished. The office was not opening again until 9am so I didn't know who to contact in order to get the items we needed and to find out why our room had not been made up.

Clean, comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The room was spacious and well furnished, bed comfortable. Microwave, sink, crockery and cutlery toaster etc. - but no wine glasses! Bathroom and shower good - good pressure and temperature -although mirror in bathroom placed too high for me to see myself and I am 160cm. - a nuisance when trying to dry my hair, as the mirror in bedroom had no power point near it. L****h on main street, the rooms were set well back and traffic noise was inaudible. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Woolworth was 50 metres away - helpful for supplies and there were plenty of eating places nearby. Would stay there again.

We have stayed here several times and wouldn't change anything. It is a great location, very quiet and close to everything. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a handy kitchenette and as always our room was spotlessly clean. New owners have taken over since our last visit and they have maintained the high standard and were very pleasant to deal with. We will back.

Apparently there has been a change of management twice since our last visit. Still super clean very close to shops and eating places, a shame the pool has been taken out. The reception was very helpful when l called to see if there was any rooms avail, and even gave me a last minute discount-you've got to be happy with that!
