酒店是自助check in和check out的，也就是完全沒有人工…中午十一點會自動退房，過了就會把門鎖了，一定記得提前把東西收好。房間本身和位置是很好

We had a basic room with a double bed and an en suite walk in shower. The room was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. Access details should be provided by the hotel owners. Make sure you have this or you won't get in. We didn't receive anything from the owners but we were able to phone their agent and quickly got the matter resolved.Check in is done electronically on a console in the hallway which also issues your room key.You get a bit of street noise but not excessively so.

Excellent stay and fabulous hotel. The first time we've had to check in with a machine but no problems. The room was lovely and a kitchenette a bonus. Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Would most definitely recommend and will be staying here again. Thankyou

Easy booking online - check in was a little long-winded as there's no actual staff just a machine to check in, it took a few goes to get it right. Room was large, bed comfy and we even had a balcony on an unexpected upgrade. Nespresso coffee machine & 4 pods in the room were a bonus. Overlooks a lively square and is perfectly placed to explore the old town and head out for drinks/dinner. Bathroom clean and functional, quite eco-conscious as well. A free packet of plant seeds on the bed was a very nice touch. Would happily stay here again if we were in Cologne.

Couldn’t get any more central if you wanted. In the heart of the city near all the attractions, bars, cafe and restaurants. 10min walk from station. Ideal for groups of friends and one of the most decent but affordable options out there. Check in was pretty straightforward. Only con for me was room could only be cleaned every 2 days but considering I only spent 2 nights here it was no drama :)

I was travelling to Koln with a friend and room was cancelled at 00:36 the same day ! During the night then !!! I noticed the cancellation when we were already in Koln. The day before I have been asked to update my credit card information (around 10 am) and I did (around 11 am). I received an email from the booking website confirming it was ok and I was invited by the “hotel” itself to proceed with the online checkin. When arriving in Koln, I contacted the hotel and the person told me they didn’t get any news about my credit cart information update so they cancel my booking. We called the supposedly “friendly” staff to help us find a solution but our room was, of course, already sold. (During the night between 1 am and 9am) Probably for a higher price !!!! Btw: during weekends, Hotel prices in this city are ridiculously high for nothing. Hotel staff did nothing to help us and didn’t even bother to warn us that we were traveling to a city without any valid booking. It’s a shame. Now I will enjoy my super expensive remote room for the price of a beautiful room in Paris. Thanks Koncept Hotel 👌

We’re still waiting outside sitting in a second place to shelter in from the cold. They have NO lobby, NO place to store luggage while allegedly getting the room ready. I don’t mind waiting till 3, but most respectable establishments have a way to take care of guests. This place is made just to collect money. Nothing in the hotel description said you’ll be waiting outside in the cold till - they’ll allow you to have a key.

Worst hotel with worst customer service. We arrived Cologne after 4 hrs travelling and I couldn't get in , I called and they said they cancelled my reservation minutes before as my card was not working. They said the are fully booked now and left us stranded in Cologne. My card was working and they just didn't even try to call us.

no heating at all even though 6 degrees c - ridiculous. no staff. room flooded blocked shower. was not fixed they eventually moved my room after a delay and this was also a terrible experience due to their ridiculous card key system not working properly at all. repeatedly locked out by ricilous lock system that didn’t work. insecure property front door not locked on busy weekend with lots of partying drunks due to central party location. Unmanned hotel and contact system including emergency phone number that was never once answered in 10 calls. absolutely apauling hotel I would not send my enemy there. I literally ran out the building both stressed due to the experience and elated to know I will never go back and am unlikely ever to experience a hotel as bad as this ever again
