酒店環境很好，大多數都是親子家庭多入住。酒店服務滿分，我們退房的時候還贈送了小朋友一個熊貓胸針，送了兩瓶熱礦泉水讓我們去機場路上喝真的很貼心。酒店也挺方便的，好打車離地鐵口也近，看蜀風雅韻也方便就在隔壁，蜀風雅韻真的好好看！推薦！！

沒有想到酒店的環境衞生做的那麼好
服務：前台美女得服務很棒，見面都會打招呼
環境：酒店離寬窄巷子不遠，非常方便
設施：房間裏面都是智能馬桶，直飲水機
在酒店不管是吃飯，還是在過道遇見工作人員都會微笑問好！👍👍👍👍

設施：房間智能的，電動窗簾電動馬桶，Mini 吧免費的，還有直飲水不錯，房間備品也不錯，裏面還有鮮花餅，經理也送了鮮花餅
衞生：衞生需要提升，第一間房間廁所有水在地上，第二間依然有水，在浴室裏，希望能把水弄乾凈，其他房間沒什麼了
環境：酒店裝修的簡約中式風格挺不錯，環境挺好
服務：前台辦理入住需要提升，給説了有升級，也給看了有升級，最後給卡，我還又確認一遍，有沒有升級，説有升級，進去後結果沒有升級，廁所地上還要水跡，結果下去又折騰換
酒店早餐不錯，還有現磨咖啡，新開的還需要磨合和提升，不過房間真不錯

總的來説比較一般吧。位置很不錯，但是停車很不方便，房間沒有一次性棉拖鞋，要用還得找前台要，這個不太理解。
而且視野不好，窗户外邊直接對着居民樓，如果不不關窗簾就完全沒有私隱可言。
最差勁的是房間的椅子，都太硬了，那個躺椅在那就跟醫院的陪護床一樣，不知道提供這個的意義在哪裡，很不舒服。
馬桶沖水聲太大了……

Absolutely recommended! Excellent service! Clean facility! Beautiful place! I enjoyed 8 nights stay in this hotel, the breakfast buffet is very good, it has all kinds of food to choose from. Excellent location, 8 minutes walk to subway station. The place is very quiet as well so you can relax during your stay. Will stay in this hotel next time I come back to Chengdu.

Good atmosphere and location. Highly recommend for first time traveller to Chengdu. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, can be a tiny bit noisy but the service and vibes definitely make up for it.

Clean, modern, high tech hotel in a good location. Some staff speak a little English, those that don’t are happy to use translation apps. You may need assistance from staff in setting up the AC as it’s done via a Alexa type smart device, but there are manual override functions of you know what buttons to press.

Housekeeping can be improved. Daily items were insufficient so I had to request from the front desk or leave a note to the cleaner. Overall it's still a great hotel.
