Tres bon hotel et personnel tres sympa mais je le trouve quand meme un peu cher car un peu vieux pour un 5 etoiles! C est tres propres mais ca meriterait un bon raffraichissement pour le prix! Le petit dej est tres bien piscine tres bien et terrasse tres agreable.

Old building but in great shape, this hotel was visited by many local and international politicians, actors, singers. Great views over Bursa, great Spa and everything. It was the second time staying here and definitely not the last. Major problem, most staff are unable to speak English, not even at a very basic conversation level. It is very frustrating in a five star hotel not to be able to have a decent interaction with front desk or restaurant staff because of a language barrier.

One of the hotels we stayed as part of our group itinerary. Room amenities are functional. Toilet has bidet like set up. Air conditioning has heater set up since it was winter time. Quaint lobby. Thermal spa services offered. Fast and free wifi. Tv has limited channels and very few English language programs. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread at main restaurant quite respectable. Staff are polite and many of them had sincere smiles.

Wonderful hotel. Right across from a very nice park. Great location and wonderful staff. They have wonderful swimming pools; one of which has natural water. Cigdem (in the reception area) helped us often and she was amazing. Very helpful.

Me and my family stayed for 13 nights in this hotel and our experience was perfect. The reservation staff accommodated our requests without any issues. The reception staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and so was the housekeeping staff. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby area and the hotel cafe are good and comfortable to lounge in. And the hotel spa has a fantastic indoor thermal pool and a nicely sized outdoor pool. I would highly recommend Celik Palace to anyone visiting Bursa, especially families. Looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel is renovated in an elagant style and all of the staff is gorgeous, however there is a serious management inadequencies. The Hygenic issues and rules are bended according to the arabic tourists. I missed my childhood Çelik palas undortunatelly..

This hotel, founded by the founder of modern Turkey, Atatürk, has a unique architechture, reflecting 1930s and 1950s. It has a phenomenon thermal spa. It has been fully renovated and the rooms are large and modern. Atatürk Palace section, a boutique hotel within the hotel, has suits, which have been accommodated by important figures such as Atatürk, Elizabeth Taylor, Audrey Hepburn and many such others.. Service standards are high and the personnel is professional. I am suggesing this hotel for an extraordinary experience..

This hotel is one of the best in Bursa since 2011. The hotel rooms are variable and suitable for single, couples, families and luxury suites with wonderful view. I came early and I got checked in. The swimming pool is amazing and children have fun while their family using SPA
