So professionell staff with high service, I truly love when staff is so kind and caring. The breakfast was all okay and the rooms. I Will come back for sure and I hope the staff still works there. Go Scandic Borlänge

Trashy inner garden, dust at glasses in the room, paper in toilet at arrival. In average i was not satified and I will choose an another hotel in Borlänge next time I have to stay at hotel in this town.

Good standard for the price, excellent breakfast, nice staff. Minuses: the doublebed is actually 2 singles pushed together and slide apart if any kind of romantic interaction is attempted. Restaurant food and service is uninspired.

They make it impossible to unsubscribe from their mailing list, after your stay the hotel will forever send you updates and whatever they wish, while your attempts to unsubscribe will not work. So, if you don't like spam emails, do avoid this hotel.

Always nice staff and the luxury of having a pool to take a swim is highly appreciated by all members of our family. The family rooms are cost efficient but please bear in mind they have no air conditioning and become quite hot even with the mild summer temperatures in Sweden. Breakfast is amazing. All in all close to perfect, but at least for us more enjoyable in the winter (close to Romme Alpin) due to the room temperature.

Liked the hotel. Received much appreciated, fast and professional help at the reception. The breakfast is very good with a large selection and butter )). Butter is not available in all hotels. High quality coffee. Good standard in the room. Clean and well maintained. The TV channel selection is good. Will definitely return and would be happy to recommend the hotel further.

This little hotel is perfect for families travelling with kids. The breakfast was perfect with a range of delicious things. And so was the little pool, designated for children mostly. The person in the lobby was the most friendly and service minded man I actually ever met at a hotel in several years.

The family trip was great, good Hotel with close ness to everything. Fresh and cleen accept from the old area wear we stayed but I guess it’s going to be fixed up soon, still it was clean. Friendly people there. Missed their playroom for the kids they had before. Loved the pool area and breakfast 🥞
