各方便住的很滿意 很新，沒有味道，樓道里確實有一些，房間裏沒有任何異味，有冰箱洗衣機，很方便，服務意識也很好，8樓有酒店的汗蒸房和温泉，需要提前約即可，泳池不大，景色一般般，但是很温馨，距離em quanter購物中心步行可達，大約十分鐘，也算是不遠，酒店附近按摩店超級多，對面那個可以考慮，手法很贊。再來素坤逸這個酒店肯定在考慮範圍內，最後一張為對面的按摩，湊圖

第二次入住這酒店，今次Bellboy主動服務，兩套房一廳很驚喜會有一個客廳厠所，房外迷你泳池梳化超污糟，有烏類排泄物 因太大雨關係，主人房窗邊有流水 沖涼水力好好，但很久才有熱水 風筒2300風力，非常滿意 主厠所晚上有倒水聲音，有坑渠臭味，早餐保持好食，酒店沿路有便利店及按摩店，距離Phrom phong BTS 行十分鐘

去年新開的飯店，整體環境衛生沒得說真的每一處都很乾淨。早餐部分有現煮的麵條，湯頭味道非常和我的胃口，其他餐點表現中肯。但是要注意不是每個房型都配有洗衣機，需要洗衣機的朋友在訂房時需要特別注意。另外，床的高度太高，這是唯一可惜的地方。

服務很好，工作人員很熱情，設施齊全，健身房，泳池，公共吸煙處。電視可以收看幾個中國頻道，比如湖南衞視和中央頻道。有廚房，洗衣機可以自動烘乾。性價比非常高，很滿意。

總的來説很不錯 設施：酒店很新，雅詩閣旗下商旅酒店，智能家居，帶燈化粧鏡很友好。 衞生：出門記得點開打掃衞生的按鈕，就會有人來，很負責的保潔 環境：酒店離市區很近，600m就能島大型商圈以及輕軌站，酒店對面就是aisa herb，個人認為是曼谷排名前三的spa了。 服務：24h微笑服務，很nice，很有耐心的講解酒店配套等設施

What an awful experience. This place did everything a hotel should not do operation wise. I showed up at 1:50, 10min before my check in, as I wanted to get the room at 2pm sharp to refresh after a long flight and a meeting in town at 3. It took them 10min to find my reservation and it turned out that I and other clients are being told that none of our rooms are ready and that they won't before at least 3:30/4. We are also being asked if we want to be upgraded at our own expense. How can they even ask this? If you want to upgrade your customers because of your mistakes it should be at your own expense. Decided to go to my meeting after they provided a 500 baht voucher for the restaurant. Used the voucher at the restaurant just to discover that I was overcharged because the price they had in their system and on the (newly changed) menu was inconsistent. A joke that took 20min to be fixed. Comes the evening and want to open a bottle of wine in my room so I call the reception to get a corkscrew just to be told there is one in every room (no there isn't). Had to go to the bar to have my bottle opened...what kind of service is that? Oh and the AC in my room didn't work well. Always too hot despite setting it to the lowest temperature. I have rarely stayed at a hotel where they get so many things wrong like this...a shame because the place is pretty and the location is nice too. Won't return and will stick to the Hilton down the road as I usually do

酒店硬件非常好，出行非常方便，地理位置佳，價格也適中，就是服務非常欠缺，特別中國人不是很待見，這點請入住的中國旅客慎重考慮

This Hotel is just excellent with this price and unexpected with good service.This make me have a very good impression with bangkok. There are lots of Japanese resturant nearby and very nice massage store opposite the hotel. The Hotel upgrade my room, so I dont know what its like for the one I booked. The rooms is just very funtionable and equiped with all neccsessity I needed. I will visit again when I travel to bangkok in future.
