We spent 4 nights in Asa Villa and Spa at the beginning of our holiday. The villa was ideal to let go of the busyness of our everyday lives and get re-energized for the rest of our trip. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and ready to help. We enjoyed the swimming pool and had a lovely meal from the restaurant. The location of the Asa Villas&Spa is only 10-15 minutes away from the popular night markets and restaurants, which makes it a perfect destination for those who want to enjoy the entertainment Seminyak provides without sacrificing tranquility and good sleep :)
The villa has plenty of space, and two of us felt very comfortable.
"-": The Wi-Fi speed could be better, but it is enough to cover daily needs. Some towels and bedding are a bit dated and could use a refresh.

ASA Villa Bali is a good place to stay with your family. They are provide a private room and swimming pool which are very comfortable to play around with your kids. The place itself is very clean and very good room services. We recommend you and family to stay here.

The villa we were in was nice we had a private pool and the room was set up very nice - the bathroom could use a bit of tender love and care but we didn’t mind only downfall was that we paid for breakfast and it was not very nice at all not much to choose from and was cold - I wouldn’t pay extra to get this option!! Overall really nice staff they were very prompt to our requests

1) Staff - great. Always smiling and fast to respond to requests. 2) Ceiling fan in living area would be better than stand fan. 3) Should consider fixing a knob or hook and lock from inside of bathroom.

Pro: Big bedroom, comes with kitchenette. AC is very cold. Staff were at least friendly. Con: There’s too much. First of all, pool was very dirty!!!! WiFi didn’t work properly and breakfast was terrible & super boring. The rice was overcooked for a nasi goreng. Worst part? They checked us into a villa where the water heater didn’t work. And they had no other available villa. What kind of “luxury” hotel had no water heater and they didn’t check this before checking guests in. Needless to say our staycation was bothered with engineers coming in and out to check trying to fix. They couldn’t fix it on the first day so we had to wait the next day. And even on the next day they came in the morning to identify the issue & “fixed it” right before check out time at noon, and still didn’t get it fixed. We left without getting to relax in a warm bath tub. What’s the point of booking a villa. What a shame. We wouldn’t come back. Check out our instagram @thebalireviews for more honest reviews!
