It’s surprise us!
We stayed 3 times at this hotel but the 3rd was nightmare service!!!!
From first and second stayed was affordable services and 3rd stayed at this hotel really disappointing with the services!
We have booked 2 rooms, Due family we strong request to assign side by side to RESERVATIONIST OR RECEPTION but they refused our request meanwhile have a lot of room vacant. Our room far from our family.
( actually we’re request in advance from whatsapp ) very slow responseeee although we are repeater guest!
After we stayed overnight there was trouble with the electricity in our room 2143 at 11 pm.
We cant sleep due to enginering fixed on the spot without electricity in our room.
And surprise the staff not saying even never say apologize with their facilities problem.
We just enjoyed with F&B staff only always helpful during having lunch and chill in the pool.
Nextday after having breakfast, we back to our room then the RECEPTION called us at 11 am to reminder check out at 12 noon, if not check out before 12 noon they will automatically charged us!!!
We ask “ how much the price you charged for the late check out until 1 pm?” They cannot answer the price.
Finally check out before 12 noon, and after we leave the hotel we missing our one backpack at the lobby then call hotel / reception said “ we didn’t see your backpack “ . Hmmm we come back to hotel to find out our backpack then we found it at sofa lobby when we sitting overthere ( front lobby )
Really BAD SERVICE from first impression Reception and reservation unhelpfull at all!
